1. Who we are

This website is operated by Lekavot Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17517278). Our registered office is 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Lekavot Limited is the controller of personal data processed through this website.

2. Scope

This policy covers this corporate website only. It does not cover our applications. Letakof has its own privacy policy, and any other application will have its own policy when it is released.

3. What we collect

This website has no user accounts, forms or advertising. We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and page performance. Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors. We process the following information:

  • Technical server logs. When you visit, the web server and hosting infrastructure may automatically record your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested page, the browser and device type reported by your browser, and the response status.
  • Website analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics reports aggregate page views, visits, referring websites, countries, browser and device types, and page performance. It does not create individual visitor profiles.
  • Messages you send us. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the content of your message and any other details you choose to include.

4. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • Server logs are used to keep the website secure, to diagnose faults and to keep it running. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.
  • Aggregate analytics help us understand website use and improve its performance.
  • Messages are used to read and respond to your enquiry. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or, where your enquiry relates to a possible contract, steps taken at your request before entering into one.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

5. Sharing

We use a hosting provider and Cloudflare to deliver and protect this website, Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate analytics, and an email provider to receive messages. These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose personal data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Cloudflare injects its Web Analytics script into this website. Fonts are served from our own domain.

6. International transfers

If our service providers process data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism recognised under UK data protection law, such as an adequacy regulation or standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Origin server logs are rotated daily and retained for up to 14 rotations. Cloudflare also processes request data for delivery, security and aggregate analytics under its service policies. Emails are kept while they are needed to deal with your enquiry and for any period reasonably needed afterwards, and are then deleted.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to erase your data in certain circumstances;
  • ask us to restrict our processing, or object to it where we rely on legitimate interests; and
  • ask for your data in a portable format where this applies.
